EDIT YOUR LIFE is a podcast about simplifying, decluttering, and making room for the awesome in your life. Each week, co-hosts Christine Koh and Asha Dornfest offer thoughts and practical tips on a range of family and lifestyle topics.

Christine and Asha became internet friends in 2006, finally met in real life as roomies at a conference in New York (it’s not as weird as it sounds) in 2009, and co-authored the book Minimalist Parenting: Enjoy Modern Family Life More By Doing Less in 2013. They also traveled to Ethiopia together in 2013 as part of ONE Moms; Asha proved her undying friendship by not leaving Christine’s side when she got food poisoning. Facebook regularly confuses their husbands as one another.

A little more about Christine & Asha:

Christine-headshotCHRISTINE KOH is a Boston-based music and brain scientist turned multimedia creative. She spent a decade in academia before hanging up her academic spurs in favor of more flexible and independent ventures. Christine is the founder and editor of Boston Mamas, a stylish resource portal for families in Boston and beyond, created the graphic design firm Posh Peacock, and serves as creative director at Women Online/The Mission List. She grew up as the sixth of seven kids, used to play violin semi-professionally, believes in unicorns, and counts her 58-hour natural childbirth with her second daughter + meeting Michelle Kwan as among her best life accomplishments. Christine lives in the Boston area with her husband Jonathan and two daughters, Laurel and Violet.

Asha-headshotASHA DORNFEST is a writer, parent, and eternal optimist. She’s the publisher of the award-winning blog Parent Hacks, which she started as a way to connect with other parents and, ultimately, to find out if anyone else felt as surprised by parenting as she did. The answer was (and continues to be) a resounding YES. Asha is hard at work on a Parent Hacks book, forthcoming from Workman Publishing in 2016. Asha lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Rael, their kids “Luke” and “Mimi” (their internet names), and Teddy the wonder dog.
